Conditions


We are totally flexible on Arrival and Departure days and we do not have a check in / check out policy - the apartment is available to you any time on your day of arrival and likewise on your date of departure . However in the case of new guests arriving on the same day of departure, we might ask you to leave the Apartment earlier to provide adequate time for cleaning and we will keep your baggage at the Apartment till time of departure thus not leaving you to cart your luggage with you for those two hours prior to departure for the airport.

Property sleeps 2 sharing, and can accommodate groups of up to 4 person with extra Sofa bed which is available on demand.

Property has no parking problems as there are always free parking spaces in the street.
For the use of tennis courts one can book from the "The Palms" located 100 metres down the road. Contact details will be given on request.

The use of the pool is available by visiting the Neptunes Aquatic Club situated on the sea side just a short walk (800 mtrs) down the road from the Apartment .

The Pool is an Olympic size naturally circulating sea water pool fully equipped with changing rooms, gym, caffee and restaurant. One can purchase day passes available at the door. There is also on site a
