Spacious and well aired the villa has a modern open-plan with the living areas on the front and the bedrooms at the back overlooking the gardens.
The combined TV lounge/dining/kitchen are the hub of the villa giving direct access to the terraces and pool which enjoy excellent scenic views. The bedrooms and the bath room are conveniently placed at the back, having direct access to the terrace and gardens. Two have a double bed and one bedroom has two singles. The main bedroom has an ensuite.
The kitchen is fully fitted with modern appliances, all electrical, and has a large opening to the pool terrace, where breakfast lunch or dinner can be served for outdoor entertainment, unless the mobile B-B-Q is availed of.
The terraces cover some 300 meters of space encircling the bungalow, with a large open area around the pool. Light sun loungers and garden furniture give the facility of choosing the right spot in the sun or in the shade, as there is always a place in the shade even at noon in midsummer.
