Finding A Property
Welcome to our Letting Page. Please register your details by calling our office or by email. We will endeavour to match your requirements with our properties. We will accompany you to view the selected properties.
Applying for A Property
If you have viewed a property and wish to proceed. Contact us immediately as properties let very quickly, so don't lose out! You will need to pay the deposit on application in order for the property to be taken off the market and to enable us to carry out the relevant referencing and raising of signing of the contact.
Eventually you will be introduced to the landlord and arrangements will be made to sign the lease agreement and to confirm the inventory. All monies due are to be paid the day the contract is signed in cleared funds.
Rental rates vary depending on location, property type, standard of furnishings and finishes and length of lease. In most cases properties are rented furnished, however, we do have a good selection of unfurnished residential properties. In the case of long rental, water, electricity, internet and TV rentals are the liability of the tenant and are charged separately.
During the signing of any rental agreement, it is common practice to provide a photocopy of your passport / identity card.

We will assist you in locating the best option for your needs and in all the negotiations with the owners of the establishments in full privacy and secrecy.
