Additional information about rental rates •25% deposit is required upon booking, balance to be paid in cash upon arrival. Price is inclusive of water and electricity for up to 5 persons. Exceeding a considerable amount of usage will be paid for at extra charge. Property is to be left clean and in good condition prior to departure. A security fee of Eur200 will be required to cover any losses and damages. A Eur50 fee will be charged for cleaning services, should the apartment be left dirty prior departure. Full deposit will be refunded upon leaving the apartment once the property is found in order and clean. No loud music and parties are allowed.
